Arrive at Jammu Train station and drive to Srinagar. On arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
After early morning breakfast, prepare for the drive to Srinagar. After reaching Srinagar, Half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens Nishat Garden Shalimar Garden, and Cheshma Shahi. In the late Evening Shikara Ride on dal lake. check into the hotel for an overnight stay.
Enjoy your early breakfast and freshen up for a day of adventure and sightseeing. Our personalized chauffeur will drive you to Sonmarg. A drive of 2 hours will land you in Sonmarg, famous for glaciers and trekking. During winter sonmarg is cut off from the rest of the world due to heavy snowfall. You will be visiting only up to Gagangir which is approximately 10 Kms from Sonmarg. Enjoy the snow-laden mountains and mesmerizing views of snow on both sides of the road. Be cautious that you could get snow bit, so carry an SPF lotion with you. Return to the hotel in Srinagar for dinner and a night's stay.
After early morning breakfast proceed towards Pahalgam which is known for valleys and Bollywood movies. The journey will take around 2 hours and you should visit the famous Awantipora Ruins and Saffron fields on the way. Awantipora ruins are known for being ancient Hindu temples during the reign of King Avantiman who ruled from AD 855-833. You should not miss the Aru Valley, Chandanwari valley, and Betaab valley. They are all famous for being the site for Bollywood movies. If you have a taste for adventure rides then a visit to Pahalgam club, Children’s Park, and Zoo is a must. If you are in Pahalgam and have not visited the Baisaran valley famously called Mini Switzerland then you have seen nothing. A word of caution though, you will have to use ponies to ride to Baisaran valley as no vehicle is allowed to go there. Also, the route remains closed during adverse weather conditions. A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. Leave from your houseboat refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Gulmarg. We will check in to the hotel and freshen up for mesmerizing visuals of Gulmarg aptly called a winter paradise. The major locations to be covered are Golf Club, Strawberry Valley, Nageen Valley, and Maharaja Palace. It is a shame if we come to Gulmarg and don’t enjoy the highest cable rope car in the world famously known as Gondola. It can take you up to the height of 16, 000 ft. above sea level and will mesmerize you will the glaciers of Khilanmerg and Afarwat. A word of caution, it is cold there so brace yourself with warm clothes and accessories. Check in your hotel for your night's stay, Appease your hunger with international cuisine, and retire to your bed.
Have breakfast in the morning and then get ready for a trip back to Srinagar. Srinagar is at a travel distance of 54 Km from Gulmarg city which is to be covered in 1 hour 49 minutes. We could halt at Tangmarg for a cup of coffee and relax our muscles. Half-day excursion in Srinagar for sightseeing and Shopping and then back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast drive to Jammu. On arrival, you will be transferred to Airport/Train station for your onward destination.
